You've been invited

Your interview. On your schedule.

Someone wants to hear your perspective — and gave you the one thing live interviews never give: the choice of when. Here's how it runs, and why it's easier than it sounds.

How it runs

Open the link — whenever it suits you

Evening, weekend, between two meetings. No account, no app, no installation — the link is everything.

Listen to the question

Someone speaks it to you — sometimes the interviewer's own voice, sometimes read aloud. You can play it again if you missed a word.

Tap “Start recording” and just talk

The recording only begins when you tap. Think as long as you like first — silence before you speak is fine.

Tap “Stop recording” and move on

Your answer is saved and transcribed automatically. Then the next question comes — or the interview ends.

Take a break whenever you need one

Close the page between questions. When you come back, the interview remembers exactly where you stopped.

How it feels

Like a thoughtful voice message. You hear a real question from a real person, you speak your mind in your own words, and no one is on the other end going “mm-hmm”. No camera, no audience, no clock in the corner. You can think before you speak — and the answer is better for it.

What you don't need to worry about

What if I need time to think?

Take it. Nothing records while you think. This isn't a live call with someone waiting on the line — you answer when you've found the words.

What if I get interrupted?

Real life doesn't pause for interviews, so the interview pauses for real life. Stop anywhere between questions, come back later — your answers are already safe.

What if it feels awkward to talk to a phone?

It feels like leaving a voice message — one you've had a moment to think about. No camera, no audience, nobody watching you hesitate.

What happens with what I say?

Your words are transcribed so the interviewer can work with them. Nobody hears them live — you're talking to a recording, not to a room.

Found this before your interview? Keep your link — it still works exactly the same, whenever you're ready.
