Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is delivered to us by email via Lovable and deleted once it is no longer needed.

Interviews, voice and AI

Researchers create questions, briefings and invitations, including participant names and email addresses. Participants can answer by voice or text. Recordings are uploaded and stored, and sent to AI services for transcription. Text, questions and briefing context can be processed by AI for follow-ups, summaries and research analysis. Interviewer greeting and question recordings are also transcribed and stored. AI can make mistakes; transcripts and analyses should be reviewed.

Sharing is not the same as recording storage

Draft answers are not available to the researcher before final submission. Transcript-only sharing is the default. Choosing this option prevents researcher access to original answer recordings, but does not delete the recordings from platform storage or prevent their earlier processing for transcription. Original audio is accessible to the researcher only after final submission and explicit audio sharing. Researchers can export submitted material; already downloaded copies cannot be recalled by deleting an interview.

Legal bases

We process data to provide the service and perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), based on our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where you have given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for example when sharing original audio.

Services and recipients

The app uses Lovable Cloud for authentication, data and file storage, and Lovable AI Gateway for AI processing with model providers such as OpenAI and Google. These providers process data on our behalf. Where data is processed outside the EU, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, such as EU standard contractual clauses.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored as long as needed for the respective purpose. Interviews, answers and recordings remain until the researcher deletes the interview or the account is deleted; deletion removes the records and private recordings. Account data is deleted when the account is closed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Contact info@asyncon.com for deletion requests.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future where processing is based on consent. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the authority in your habitual residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement.
